By registering for and participating in the Rescon Charity Golf Tournament, all attendees acknowledge and accept that event details, scheduling, contests, prizes, and activities are subject to change without notice at the discretion of the organizers. Rescon Ltd., its affiliates, sponsors, venue partners, and event staff shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, or unforeseen circumstance that may occur before, during, or after the event. Participation in all golf, on-course contests, raffles, and related activities is voluntary and undertaken at each participant’s own risk. Attendees further consent to the use of event photography and videography for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing prior to the tournament. All registrations, sponsorships, and donations are final and non-refundable unless otherwise determined by the event organizers. Participants are responsible for complying with all golf course rules, local laws, and event guidelines throughout the duration of the tournament.
Terms & Conditions - the basics
By purchasing a ticket, registering a team, or participating as a sponsor in the Rescon Charity Golf Tournament, all participants agree to abide by the rules, regulations, and event procedures established by Rescon Ltd. and the hosting golf facility. Full payment is required to confirm registration, and all entries are accepted on a first come, first served basis pending availability. Tournament organizers reserve the right to modify event timing, player pairings, sponsorship placements, contest details, meal offerings, and prize allocations where necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the event. In the event of severe weather or circumstances beyond the organizers’ control, the tournament may be delayed, adjusted, or cancelled without guaranteed refund. Any conduct deemed disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate may result in removal from the event without compensation. By attending, participants acknowledge that all fundraising initiatives, raffles, and giveaways are operated in support of the tournament’s charitable objectives and are subject to applicable regulations.
